For One Harmony members who had transactions at Okura Nikko Hotels from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2024, the expiration date of points has been extended for 1 year from the end of January 2025 to the end of January 2026.
For the Loyal and Exclusive members as of the end of January 2025, in response to your continued patronage, we have decided to extend the expiration date of points by one year, regardless of whether or not you use the service.
